B. Riley 7.5% notes increased to $28.75 million via greenshoe exercise

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 2 – B. Riley Financial Inc. said the underwriters of its 7.5% $25-par senior notes due 2021 issued $3.75 million of additional notes via their greenshoe, increasing the size of the issue to $28.75 million from $25 million.

As previously reported, Wunderlich Securities Inc. and Compass Point Research & Trading LLC were the joint bookrunners.

The notes priced Friday and are redeemable on or after Oct. 31, 2018 at par plus accrued interest.

The notes will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker “RILYL.”

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
