Indonesia's Berlian Laju Tanker to start roadshow for $200 million seven-year notes Tuesday

New York, April 23 - PT Berlian Laju Tanker plans to start a roadshow on Tuesday for a $200 million offering of seven-year senior fixed-rate notes (/B+/BB-), according to a market source.

The roadshow will be presented in Singapore Tuesday and Wednesday, in Hong Kong on Thursday, in London on Friday and will wrap up in New York on April 30.

The notes will be non-callable for five years.

Proceeds from the sale will be used for refinancing and for vessel acquisitions.

Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan are joint lead managers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which will be issued via BLT Finance BV.

The issuer is an Indonesian shipping company.
