West African Development Bank to begin roadshow for dollar benchmark of seven- or 10-year notes

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, July 13 – The West African Development Bank will commence a series of investor meetings on Friday regarding a possible dollar benchmark offering of seven- or 10-year senior notes, according to a market source.

The bank has mandated Citigroup, JPMorgan, Natixis and Standard Bank to arrange the fixed-income investor meetings in London and the United States for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes that will be issued depending on market conditions.

The Lome, Togo-based lender is a regional development bank for states of the West African Economic and Monetary Union.
