Guardian Life talks $300 million of FA-backed seven-year notes at Treasuries plus 70 bps area

Chicago, Sept. 13 – Guardian Life Global Funding plans to price $300 million of seven-year notes backed by funding agreements, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is at the Treasuries plus 70 basis points area.

BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Guardian Life Global Funding is a financing arm of New York City-based Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America.
