Fitch gives Gaming & Leisure notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB- rating to Gaming & Leisure Inc.’s proposed senior notes.

Proceeds will be used to tender up to $500 million of GLP Capital’s 2020 notes.

Fitch rates Gaming & Leisure at BBB-.

The outlook is stable.
