New Issue: Singapore’s GSH prices S$50 million three-year notes to yield 5.2%

Los Angeles, Oct. 15 – GSH Corp. Ltd. announced it priced S$50 million of 5.2% three-year notes under its S$800 million multicurrency medium-term note program.

The series 4 notes will be issued at par.

DBS Bank Ltd. and Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd. are joint bookrunners for the offering.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing borrowings, financing investments, general working capital and capital expenditures.

GSH is a Singapore-based property developer with projects in Malaysia and Singapore.
