S&P changes Kommunalkredit bond view to negative

S&P said it revised the outlook for Kommunalkredit Austria AG’s public sector covered bond program and related issuances to negative from stable.

The outlook revision reflects downside risks to Kommunalkredit’s creditworthiness arising from the weakened conditions amid the pandemic, S&P said.

The agency affirmed the A ratings on the covered bonds.
