Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 21 – China’s Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. announced it issued RMB 3 billion of 4.1% tier II capital bonds on Monday.
The 10-year bonds are callable at the end of the fifth year.
Proceeds will be used to increase the bank’s tier II capital.
The bank is based in Zhengzhou, China.
