Mexico’s Becle will offer new senior notes connected to tender offer

Chicago, Sept. 27 – Becle, SAB de CV is planning to sell new senior notes, according to a press release.

The notes are being offered in connection with a tender offer for $500 million of existing notes from Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

Becle is a Mexico City-based producer, bottler and distributor of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
