Fitch ups Bepensa to BBB

Fitch Ratings said it upgraded the foreign and local currency rating of Bepensa SA de CV to BBB from BBB-. The outlook is stable.

Fitch said the upgrade reflects the continued improvement in the company's financial profile and its excellent business position.

Bepensa's dominance versus its competitors is due in large measure to the strong brand image of Coca-Cola in Mexico, according to Fitch.
