Bare Metal prices $3 million initial public offering of equity units

Self-underwritten, best efforts offering conducted at $0.50 per unit

Knoxville, Tenn., March 22 – Bare Metal Standard, Inc. priced its $3 million initial public offering of units, according to a Form S-1 filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell 6 million units of one common share and one warrant at $0.50 per unit on a self-underwritten, best efforts basis.

The Boise, Idaho, company conducts commercial kitchen grease exhaust system cleaning. The company expects its shares to trade on the OTCBB exchange.
