S&P takes Ausol off watch

S&P said it affirmed the BBB ratings on Autopista del Sol Concesionaria Espanola, or Ausol, and its debt. The agency also removed the debt rating from CreditWatch with negative implications. The rating has been on the watch since April 6.

“The affirmation follows the sale of shares from previous shareholders, Unicaja Banco SA (20% of share capital), and Cintra Infraestructuras Espana SL, (Cintra; 65% of share capital) to Infratoll. Following the sale process, Infratoll will be the controlling shareholder with 85% of share capital; Cintra will retain a 15% minority share of the project,” said S&P in a press release.

The outlook is stable.
