New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.18 million contingent coupon autocallables linked to ETFs, S&P

By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., May 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced 2.18 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due May 3, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF Trust and the iShares MSCI Eurozone exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Each quarter, the notes pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 8% per year if each underlier closes at or above its coupon barrier value, 80% of its initial level, on the valuation date for that quarter.

The notes will be automatically called at par if each underlier closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly potential redemption date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the least-performing underlier finishes below its final barrier value, 62.5% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing underlier declines from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
