Citigroup plans contingent coupon autocalls tied to four stocks
By Sarah Lizee
Olympia, Wash., March 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due April 5, 2022 linked to the worse performing of the common stocks of Apple Inc., Microsoft Corp., Alphabet Inc. and Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent semiannual coupon at an annual rate of 9% if each stock closes at or above its 65% coupon barrier on the review date for that period.
The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above 82% of its initial level on any semiannual review date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 60% barrier level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least preforming stock from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.
The notes will price on March 29.
The Cusip number is 17326YNY8.
