New Issue: Citigroup sells $2.79 million buffered digital notes on Euro Stoxx

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 4 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.79 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Sept. 15, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the digital return amount of 15.45%.

If the index falls by up to 12.5%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% loss beyond the 12.5% buffer.
