Chicago, June 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.21 million of 0% market-linked securities due June 5, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 15%. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
