New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.22 million autocallable securities on S&P

Columbus, Ohio, June 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.22 million of 0% autocallable securities due June 21, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus an 8% premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on June 16, 2021.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 4.2 times its return. If the index falls but not below 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the index.
