New Issue: Citigroup sells $500,000 10% equity-linked securities on indexes

Olympia, Wash., May 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 10% equity-linked securities due May 18, 2021 tied to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes carry a coupon of 10% per year, payable quarterly.

If the final level of each asset is at least as great as 75% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the worst-performing asset.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
