Norton Rose Fulbright hires Castro as partner in New York office

Norfolk, Va., March 14 – Norton Rose Fulbright announced that H. Stephen Castro has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner, according to a press release.

Castro comes to Norton Rose Fulbright from Kaye Scholer LLP and focuses his practice on the financial services sector. He represents syndicate agents, lenders, credit investors and private equity firms across a wide range of industries, including energy, mining and commodities, telecommunications, data and transportation. Castro also represents participants in distressed investing and restructuring matters.

“Stephen is an exceptional lawyer who will help us grow our corporate finance practice across many industries. He has an excellent rapport with clients and a strong understanding of the challenging issues they face,” U.S. managing partner Linda Addison said in the release.
