Hercules Capital could sell notes; investor calls to start Wednesday

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 10 – Hercules Capital, Inc. (/BBB-//Kroll: BBB+) may offer dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a press release.

The company has mandated Citigroup and Jefferies to arrange a series of fixed-income investor calls on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Hercules Capital is a Palo Alto, Calif.-based specialty finance company.
