Hercules plans fixed income investor calls for capital markets deal

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 11 – Hercules Capital, Inc. is holding fixed income investor calls on Tuesday for a possible capital markets transaction, according to a 497AD filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC and SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. are the bookrunners.

Hercules is a Palo Alto, Calif.-based specialty finance company.
