Bank of Montreal plans buffered bullish enhanced notes on SPDR Dow Jones REIT ETF

Columbus, Ohio, April 5 – Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due April 30, 2018 linked to the SPDR Dow Jones REIT exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any fund gain, up to a maximum redemption amount of $1,170 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the agent.

The notes will price April 26 and settle April 29.

The Cusip is 06367TDA5.
