Barclays plans steepener notes due 2022 on 30-, two-year ICE swaps

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 16 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price capital at-risk steepener notes due Jan. 28, 2022 linked to the spread between the 30-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate and the two-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 100 times the reference rate up to a maximum rate of 0.305%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 18.

The Cusip number is 06747MB39.
