Barclays plans capital at-risk steepener notes tied to ICE swap rates

Chicago, Aug. 16 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price capital at-risk steepener notes due Aug. 31, 2021 linked to the spread between the 30-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate and the two-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the reference rate up to a maximum rate of 0.6%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on Aug. 24.
The Cusip number is 06746XM59.
