Columbus, Ohio, July 27 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3 million of floating-rate notes due July 27, 2021 linked to the 30-year U.S. dollar ICE Swap Rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate will be equal to the reference rate plus 10 basis points. Interest will be payable monthly and cannot be less than zero.
The payout at maturity will be par.
