Barclays to price floating-rate notes due 2021 on ICE swap rate

New York, July 19 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price floating-rate notes due July 27, 2021 linked to the 30-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon will be the 30-year swap rate plus 10 basis points subject to a minimum interest rate of zero.

The payout at maturity will be par.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes are expected to price on July 24 and settle on July 27.

The Cusip number is 06746XJR5.
