East Coast Furnitech to issue up to 500 million baht of debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 24 – Thailand’s East Coast Furnitech PCL is proposing to issue up to 500 million baht of debentures.

The debentures may be issued in baht or other currencies.

The maturity of the bonds will not exceed 10 years.

Proceeds will be used to increase liquidity, to repay debt or for investments.

The proposed issuance is subject to shareholders’ approval at an upcoming meeting.

Based in Rayong, Thailand, the company manufactures furniture from rubber wood, particleboard and MDF materials.
