Thailand’s Seafresh Industry plans up to 2 billion baht debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 24 – Seafresh Industry PCL is proposing to issue up to 2 billion baht of debentures, according to a company notice.

The debentures will have a term of 10 years or less.

Proceeds will be used for general business purposes, to repay debt or for investment purposes.

The issuance is subject to shareholders’ approval at an upcoming general meeting.

Seafresh is a Bangkok-based processor and exporter of frozen shrimp products.
