India’s Emami Infrastructure board to mull nonconvertible debt issue

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 8 – Emami Infrastructure Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Thursday to consider and approve an issue of nonconvertible debentures.

Emami Infrastructure is a real estate development company based in Kolkata, India.
