New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $4.1 million buffer securities linked to S&P 500 index

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 15 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.1 million of 0% buffer securities due Jan. 19, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% per 1% drop beyond 25%.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the agents.
