New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $23.03 million buffered digital notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 6 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $23.03 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Aug. 4, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.1%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
