New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $5.28 million trigger in-start securities on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, July 31 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $5.28 million of trigger in-start securities due July 30, 2029 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index finishes above the in-start level, 64.94% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1% for each 1% index finishes above in-start level. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent with UBS Financial Services Inc. as dealer.
