New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.58 million contingent income autocallables linked to indexes

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., July 8 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.58 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Dec. 31, 2020 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each month, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 10% per year if each index closes at or above its coupon threshold level, 70% of its initial level, on the determination date for that month.

After six months, the notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly early redemption determination date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index even closes below 70% of its initial level during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the least-performing index from its initial level, with the maximum payout capped at par.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
