New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $895,000 buffered digital notes on EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, April 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $895,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due June 3, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be $1,128.50 per $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
