Columbus, Ohio, March 6 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.75 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 115% of any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
