Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.86 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 16, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 30% and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 30%.
