Olympia, Wash., Jan. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.08 million of 0% trigger gears due Jan. 11, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the 1.465 times the gain.
If the index falls by up to the 60% downside threshold, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
