Morgan Stanley to price buffered digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 4 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% 48- to 51-month buffered digital notes linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be $1,509.60 to $1,599.20 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact maximum settlement amount will be set at pricing.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
