New Issue: Barclays prices $5.78 million of PLUS linked to the Russell 2000 index

Knoxville, Tenn., June 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $5.78 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 6, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum payout of 15.25%.

Investors will 1% for each 1% decline.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a dealer.
