Morgan Stanley plans to price trigger PLUS linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., March 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 5, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the gain.

If the index falls by no more than 35%, the payout will be par.

If the index finishes below its 65% trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 31.

The Cusip number is 61766V545.
