New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $926,000 enhanced trigger jump notes on Nasdaq, Russell, S&P

Chicago, Oct. 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $926,000 of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due May 2, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains or ends above the 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.75%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
