New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.18 million enhanced trigger jump securities on three indexes

New York, July 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.18 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Aug. 2, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index finishes at or above the 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
