New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1 million 8.45% worst-of fixed-coupon RevCons linked to stocks

Chicago, Sept. 21 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of worst-of fixed-coupon RevCons due July 31, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of Costco Wholesale Corp., NextEra Energy, Inc. and PepsiCo, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 8.45%, paid monthly.

The notes are non-callable.

If the worst performing stock gains or declines but ends above the 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing stock declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
