New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $5.88 million fixed-income buffered securities on Russell, Nasdaq

Columbus, Ohio, July 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $5.88 million of 8.9% fixed income buffered securities due Dec. 26, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless either index finishes below its buffer level, 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond the 20% buffer.
