New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.39 million autocallable jump securities on Russell, EAFE

New York, May 12 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.39 million of jump securities with autocallable feature due Oct. 3, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically at par plus 7.6% per year if each index closes at or above its call threshold level on an annual call determination date. For each index, the call threshold level is 100% of its initial level on Oct. 7, 2022 and 95% of its initial level on Oct. 2, 2023.

At maturity, the payout will be par plus 22.8% if the worst performing underlier finishes at or above 90% of initial level.

Investors will receive par if the worst performer declines between 10% and 30% and be fully exposed to the decline of worst performing index if it finishes below its 70% trigger level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
