Moody's rates Banistmo notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 long-term foreign-currency debt rating to Banistmo, SA's $500 million of senior unsecured 144A/Reg S notes, which were issued in September 2017. The notes bear a 3.65% annual interest rate, they are governed by the laws of New York state and will mature in September 2022.

The outlook is stable.
