Sundevil Power names CLMG winning bidder; sale hearing set for May 11

Pittsburgh, May 5 – Sundevil Power Holdings, LLC named CLMG Corp., on behalf of itself and Beal Bank USA, as the winning bidder for substantially all of Sundevil’s assets, according to a notice filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company said the terms of the bid are subject to an agreement on definitive documentation and will be included in documents to be filed with the court.

The sale hearing is scheduled for May 11.

Wayzata, Minn.-based Sundevil Power operates gas-fired power plants in Gila Bend, Ariz. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 11 under Chapter 11 case number 16-10369.
