Belships to make January interest payment in kind on floaters due 2011

Chicago, Nov. 16 - Belships ASA said it will pay interest due Jan. 4 in kind on its floating-rate notes due 2011, according to a notice by loan trustee Norsk Tillitsmann.

Belships is an Oslo-based shipping company that provides transportation services between industrialized countries.
