JPMorgan plans 7.25%-9.25% yield notes on 10-year U.S. dollar ICE Swap

Chicago, May 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 7.25% to 9.25% yield notes due May 31, 2017 linked to the 10-year U.S. dollar ICE Swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly, with the exact rate to be set at pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the either index falls by more than 20%, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% drop beyond 20%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 25 and settle on May 31.

The Cusip number is 46646EDM1.
