JPMorgan plans 6.5% to 8% yield notes on U.S. dollar ICE swap rate

Columbus, Ohio, May 3 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price yield notes due May 22, 2017 linked to the 10-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable quarterly at 6.5% to 8% per annum, with the exact rate to be set at pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the reference rate falls by more than the 30% buffer, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% beyond the buffer.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes are will price on May 16 and settle on May 19.

The Cusip number is 48128GXS4.
